Rhapsody in August Trailer - Directed by Akira Kurosawa and starring Sachiko Murase, Wasuke Izumi, Saburo Kadowaki, Chiyoko Yoshihara, Hiroko Kamaya. When the cat's away ... you'll survive another day.

Paul (Timothy Busfield, thirtysomething) and Lindsey Jarrett (Kathleen Quinlan, Twilight Zone: The Movie) buy a remote country home, unaware of the mysterious circumstances surrounding the former owner's death. Regie bei dem Film führte Frank De Felitta, der den genialen DIE NACHT DER VOGELSCHEUCHTE drehte und die genialen Horror-Klassiker AUDREY ROSE (1977) und THE ENTITY (1982) schrieb. Ebenso ist er für den grandiosen TV-Thriller TRAPPED (1973) verantwortlich, in dem James Brolin irrtümlich nachts in einem großen Kauhaus eingesperrt wird, der von 6 blutrünstigen Dobermann Hunden bewacht wird, und die Nacht um sein Leben kämpfen muss.
