These office workers are stuck in a time look seeing them face the same week over and over. The only way to break the time loop is to get their boss to recognize it.

Shiro is transported into the body of Makoto Kobayashi as Makoto dies. Makoto's body is resuscitated with Shiro inhabiting it, and Shiro must discover the reason behind Makoto's death.

Yoriko Sudo (Mariko Tsutsui) is in her 50s and tends to her rock garden each morning, drawing fine ripples in the pebbles. One day her husband Osamu (Ken Mitsuishi) suddenly disappears and abandons her and their teenage son. Yoriko is involved in a new religion, the Ryokumei-kai or the Green Life Water Society, and spends her days in prayer and study. Osamu returns after 10 years, informing his family that he has cancer and wants to live out his remaining days at home. Meanwhile Yoriko's son introduces the family to his hearing impaired girlfriend and reveals they've been dating for a while and are now living together. The new developments shake Yoriko's seemingly peaceful world and reveals the burdens placed on women and prejudices present in society.

Akira (Junichi Okada) is known as Fable, a legendary hitman. Due to being overworked his boss orders Fable to live a quiet and normal life with his partner Yoko (Fumino Kimura), pretending to be siblings. Akira works part-time at a design company called Octopus with alongside its CEO Takoda (Jiro Sato) and employee Misaki (Mizuki Yamamoto). Meanwhile, a man named Utsubo (Shinichi Tsutsumi), who works as a representative for an NPO, is secretly working with a contract killer named Suzuki (Masanobu Ando) to extort people. They target someone at Octopus.

Several employees of a VR technology company die mysteriously. Most shockingly, they died in the same way, on the same day, at the exact same time, but in completely different locations. The people undertaking the investigation find that an unprecedented fear is lurking between the boundaries between the real and virtual worlds.

In a video game turned series, a trailer follows a group of people as they try to help a princess get to Rainbow Road.
