Twenty years...two people. The Muppets (2011) is the first theatrical release from the Muppets franchise in over a decade, and was brought to the screen by the writing genius of Jason Segel. With Segel, Kermit the frog, Miss Piggy, Gonzo, and friends are back in full force! In “The Muppets” movie, the Muppets’ biggest fan Walter, a puppet, his brother Gary (Jason Segel), and his brother’s girlfriend Mary (Amy Adams) join forces with Kermit the Frog to reunite the Muppets and save the Muppet Theater from being demolished by Tex Richman, who plans to drill for oil in the spot at which the Muppet Theater is built.

Plot
