Namak Halaal is a story of Arjun who has come in city in search of job and eventually gets to do a job in a 5-star hotel. There he finds that many attempts are being made to kill hotel owner Raja by his hotel manager. However, the blame falls on Raja's mother who is actually Arjun’s mother. Arjun realises that Raja is in danger and hence takes an oath to save Raja. The story then unfolds showing how Arjun discovers the real villians and teaches them a lesson with the help of Raja.
