A new supernatural thriller from J-horror maestro, Hideo Nakata (THE RING).

When an unnamed man who possesses a special ability to manipulate others with his eyes uses his affliction to kill his abusive father, he is abandoned by his mother and cast out into the street - forced to live a lonely and bitter life on the dark side of the city. In the same part of town, Shuichi Tanaka lives a poor and unremarkable existence with no family, only friends and a bright outlook on life to help him get by.

One day, after a chance encounter brings Shuichi and the unnamed man together, his life quickly becomes anything but. The unnamed man discovers that Shuichi is the only person he has encountered who is unaffected by his ability. They become instant enemies and an epic battle begins. But who will survive?
