Beta (Hindi: बेटा) is a 1992 Hindi-version remake film directed by Indra Kumar and produced by Vinod Doshi. It featured in the lead roles the pairing of Madhuri Dixit and Anil Kapoor.
The music is by Anand-Milind.

The 1992 film is best remembered for the hit track, "Dhak Dhak Karne Laga."
